How do I use TradingView's direct messaging feature?

To begin, ensure you are logged into your TradingView account.

Once logged in, navigate to the messaging icon, typically located at the top-right corner of your screen. This icon resembles a speech bubble and provides access to direct messaging within the platform. When you click the messaging icon, you will see your existing conversations.

To start a new conversation:

• Select Private

• Click the speech bubble with the plus (+) icon

• Enter the username of the person you wish to contact

  • Usernames must be entered accurately to ensure your message reaches the intended recipient

After selecting the recipient:

• Click the message box beneath the username

• Type your message as you would in any standard messaging application

Once your message is ready:

• Click the Send button (usually represented by an arrow)

After sending, your message will appear in your conversation history and you can continue the discussion as the other user replies. You can return to your messages at any time by clicking the messaging icon to review previous conversations, continue existing chats, or start new ones.
