How do I close my account?

We’re sorry to see you go! To close your account, let us know by submitting our support form confirming that you wish to close out your account and we'll proceed with your request. We can close out individual trading accounts - or your accounts entirely.

But don’t go without saying goodbye. Let us know why you’re closing and if there’s anything we can do, we’ll work to offer you a solution.

What if I change my mind in future and want to reopen my account?

Once your account has been closed with us it's effective immediately - so we're unable to reopen it. In this case, simply re-register for an account and complete the application process again.
