How do I deposit funds with Crypto?

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make a crypto deposit

Availability of Crypto payments is subject to jurisdictional restrictions and the currency of your trading account. Please refer to your client portal for details of the payment methods available to you.
 
Crypto payments are not available to clients of our entities in the United Kingdom or Australia.

A crypto deposit is the transfer of crypto from an external wallet or another exchange via blockchain transaction to your Trade Nation account. 

To make a Crypto deposit, choose the trading account you wish to deposit to.

Select the crypto payment method (look out for one of the highlighted logos shown below), then enter the amount you wish to deposit. The minimum deposit is USD30.

Once you enter the amount, you will then need to choose your Cryptocurrency from the dropdown list (USDT, LTC, BTC, etc..)

You will then have to choose the protocol, depending on the crypto currency you’ve chosen. After choosing the protocol, you’ll be provided with a QR code that you can scan using your crypto wallet app on a mobile device. Or, you can use the copy buttons to copy the amount and address provided to be used for the deposit.

You can then proceed to your wallet, scan or paste the details given, ensuring that the correct details and network are inserted. Click “Withdraw” and follow the security instructions as per you crypto's provider.

Following the successful withdrawal from your crypto wallet, proceed back to your trading account, where the below will be displayed.

The deposit and status can also be seen under “Payment history” on your trading account.
