How do I change my account details?
This article outlines how to change various details in your account
Things in life change, we get it. Sometimes you may need to update your account details with us, and we have made this simple and pain-free.
Change my Residential Address
If you’ve changed your residential address, please contact us via our support form using the email address registered with your account. Please include your new address in your message. If you cannot access your registered email address, please mention this also.
Before the change can be made, you will be asked to complete a security verification.
Change my Email Address
We can certainly change your email address but for security purposes, we'll need you to confirm some information. Please contact us via our support form including:
- Your currently registered email
- Your new email which you want to switch to
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Trading Account Number
With all that information, we will process your request.
Change my Name
If you've changed your name, you'll need to contact us via our support form and attach a document to confirm that your name has been legally changed. This document could include;

Marriage certificate (if you have a new married name) or,
- Deed of change of name
Change my Password
Your password is yours and yours alone, so we can't change it for you. To change your client portal password, please click 'Forgot Password' on the login page. If you do not know your MT4 password, contact us via our support form and we'll provide a temporary one along with the steps for you to change it to a password of your own.
Change my Phone Number
If you've changed your phone number, please contact us via our support form with your new number as well as your old one. We'll then change this on your account for you. We may also call you to confirm the number is owned by you.
